Speaking & Workshops

For conferences, associations, chambers, and community groups that
want a session people talk about afterward.

If you’re planning an event, you want people engaged and walking away with something useful. You’ve also probably sat through enough speakers who filled the time slot and didn’t do much else.

I’m Sarah Wahiba Senan, a PCC credentialed life and leadership coach based in New Jersey. My talks and workshops are interactive and built around what your audience is actually dealing with, like pressure at work, second-guessing themselves, and carrying more than anyone sees.

How I Work in a Room

I don’t show up with a script I deliver the same way every time.

I come in with a clear framework, a strong read on the room, and the ability to adapt in real time. That might look like guiding a focused talk, facilitating conversation, or designing an experience that invites people to engage with the material in a more embodied way.

What This Often Looks Like

Depending on the group and the moment, this work can take the form of:

  • Keynotes or topic-driven talks that spark reflection and conversation

  • Interactive workshops that invite participation and movement

  • Experiential sessions, including vision board work and creative formats

  • Panels or facilitated conversations where I contribute as a subject matter expert

Each one is built around who’s in the room, so even a talk I’ve given before gets reworked for your group.

My Lens

I’m a life and leadership coach by training, which means I’m always listening for patterns.

Stress responses, decision-making habits, self-trust, and the unspoken dynamics that shape how people show up in work and life.

I often draw on the Enneagram and Energy Leadership, but the goal is for people to see themselves more clearly and leave with something they can use the next day.

Customization Isn’t an Add-On

Some groups come in knowing exactly what they want to explore. Others want help shaping the conversation.

I’ve done everything from a curated 20-minute talk followed by Q&A to fully customized, experiential workshops built around the group’s energy and goals.

I’ve spoken for the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC), LinkedIn Local, Selfcare Social, and the Bergen County Professional Women’s Network (BCPWN), and the TCNJ School of Business Women’s Leadership Summit.

If You’re Considering This

"Sarah cultivates an atmosphere of warmth and possibility that is truly empowering. I found the exercises to be extremely helpful in helping me sort out what's actually important to me to accomplish and what solid doable steps I can take to get there. I happily and highly recommended Sarah and her workshops."

If you’re looking for someone who can hold a room with both depth and warmth, and offer something thoughtful without being performative, we should talk.
